Authentication is by IP address, customers on Broadband Solutions connections can connect without authentication.
Limits and outbound spam filtering apply to protect the integrity of our email service.
Whitelisting on regular outbound email is available, please contact support with sender/receiver email address and IP address of sending service, must be a Broadband Solutions customer service.
DKIM is not, and will not be, provided for customer emails on this service, please consult your primary email host for instructions on setting up a relay transport if you wish to have your emails correctly signed.
